The Role
As a Sales Assistant at Typo, you are a brand ambassador. You will be responsible for creating memorable shopping experiences and ensuring our customers feel the unique energy of our stores. You will work in a fast-paced environment, helping to drive results and maintain our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive shopping moments.
- Act as an advocate for the Cotton On Group Foundations, supporting our global community projects.
- Maintain store appearance by replenishing stock and merchandising products effectively.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve sales targets and business goals.
- Ensure the store is always ready for customers by maintaining a clean and organized environment.
