About the QCTO

The Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) was established in 2010. Our role is to oversee the design, assessment, and certification of occupational qualifications and trades in South Africa.

Role Purpose

We are looking for a Finance Intern to assist our team with asset management and clerical duties. This is a great opportunity for a graduate to gain practical experience in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help maintain and update the official asset register.
  • Identify and process old or broken equipment for disposal.
  • Ensure all asset movement forms are filled out correctly.
  • Assist with regular stocktakes and physical inspections of assets.

Requirements

  • A National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Finance Management or Management Accounting.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be an unemployed South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 35.
  • Must have no previous experience in an internship program.
  • Preference will be given to applicants living in the Gauteng Province.
