Job Summary

We are looking for hardworking and reliable General Workers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will support both the Display and Sublimation departments. You will also be responsible for preparing garments and completing customer orders. This position is perfect for someone who pays attention to detail, cares about quality, and enjoys a hands-on work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Display & Sublimation Tasks

• Help assemble, finish, and prepare display materials.
• Prepare fabrics and garments for sublimation printing.
• Check products for color accuracy, print quality, and defects.
• Carefully package and store finished items according to company standards.
• Assist with cooling, trimming, and organizing printed materials.

Garment Preparation & Housekeeping

• Iron and clean garments to ensure they look professional before they are sent to customers.
• Keep your work area, equipment, and production floors clean and organized.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.

Order Fulfillment

• Accurately pack and label orders based on customer requirements.
• Count and organize items to ensure the correct quantities are shipped.
• Help with loading products and organizing warehouse shelves.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Skills: Ability to iron and clean garments to a high standard.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform manual tasks and stand for long periods.
• Teamwork: Good communication skills and a willingness to follow instructions.
• Advantageous: Experience with sublimation printing or display assembly is a plus.
