Role Purpose

The Quality Assurance Assistant supports the development, implementation, and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS). This role ensures that all business units meet Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements and helps manage the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) system.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management System (QMS) Support

• Help implement and manage the QMS to ensure it complies with local and international regulations.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve cross-functional teamwork.
• Ensure all data collection and reporting processes follow data integrity principles.

SOP and Document Management

• Manage the review and approval process for SOPs and policies using Wrike software.
• Draft new SOPs and update existing ones to align with global standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Review SOPs from other business units and upload them to the appropriate platforms.

Training and Development

• Coordinate and schedule QA training sessions through the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Maintain accurate training records and matrices for the department.
• Provide induction training for new staff and evaluate the competency of trained employees.
• Serve as a primary administrator for the LMS.

Compliance and Reporting

• Review promotional materials and communication letters to ensure they follow medical legislation and marketing codes.
• Assist with permit applications for the import and export of narcotic materials.
• Collect data and compile monthly and quarterly QA reports.
• Prepare presentations and reports for management as requested.

General Quality Assurance Duties

• Assist with investigations into deviations, temperature excursions, and out-of-specification (OOS) results.
• Support Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) reviews.
• Help prepare for external audits and conduct internal self-inspections.
