We are seeking a professional and organized Group Administrative Assistant to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. This is a full-time position that combines general administrative support with basic ICT (Information and Communication Technology) coordination.

Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: At least two (2) years of experience in an administrative role.
- Technical Skills: Must be computer literate and highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Key Responsibilities and Skills
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Office Administration: Managing records, preparing reports, and maintaining efficient filing systems.
- Communication: Interacting professionally with both internal staff and external stakeholders.
- ICT Support: Handling basic computer hardware and software troubleshooting, managing ICT assets, and tracking inventory.
- Operations: Assisting with procurement processes and managing office stock and consumables.
- Coordination: Managing schedules and documentation to ensure smooth daily operations.
