Wealth Adviser Assistant (ADP)

We are currently looking for motivated finance graduates to join our team in Roodepoort through our Advisor Development Programme (ADP).

The Role
As a Wealth Adviser Assistant, you will support wealth advisers with daily management, administration, and client relations. Your goal is to ensure smooth business operations and provide excellent service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and summarize policy information and product research.
- Prepare client reviews, proposals, and investment presentations.
- Handle data capturing and maintain the CRM system accurately.
- Manage new business applications, quotations, and renewals.
- Coordinate schedules and book appointments for Wealth Advisers.
- Solve client inquiries regarding existing business and employee benefits.
- Maintain detailed administrative records and ensure FAIS compliance.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Education: A completed BCom Degree. Preference is given to majors in Investment Planning, Risk Management, Analytics, Information Systems, or Economics.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience within the insurance industry.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and at least one other official South African language.
- Skills: Strong technical ability and administrative excellence.
