About the Role

We are looking for a professional and organized individual to provide administrative support within our Learner Support division. In this role, you will handle document management, coordinate office activities, and assist with essential clerical tasks to help our department run efficiently.

Requirements

  • A 2-year post-matric qualification (NQF Level 5).
  • At least 3 years of relevant administrative or clerical experience.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in office software.
  • Knowledge of national and provincial education strategies and policies.
  • Basic understanding of financial administration and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document Management: Draft professional letters, submissions, and reports. Maintain an organized record-keeping system and manage the flow of documents through the office.
  • Office Coordination: Manage diaries, schedule travel itineraries, and organize workshops or conferences.
  • Meeting Support: Attend meetings to take accurate minutes and track important decisions.
  • Research and Analysis: Gather information, perform basic research, and analyze documents to support departmental goals.
  • Communication: Interact effectively with team members and stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication.
