About the Role
Rola Motor Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Parts Manager to join our Rola Mahindra team in Somerset West. This role is perfect for an organized professional with a background in inventory management and parts administration.
You will support the daily operations of the parts department, helping with stock control, reporting, and customer service to ensure our branch delivers excellent results.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and identify obsolete stock to maintain efficiency.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting on sales, profit margins, and ROI.
- Manage daily parts supply and handle pre-order requirements.
- Provide accurate financial information to the management team.
- Ensure warehouse security, risk management, and compliance standards are met.
- Coordinate staff meetings, training sessions, and performance tracking.
- Manage customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Oversee order tracking systems and delivery logistics.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in parts sales at a franchised dealer (Mahindra experience is an advantage).
- Matric certificate.
- Strong computer skills, specifically in Excel and Evolve software.
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid, unendorsed Code 08 driver’s license.
- Clear criminal record.
