Position Overview
We are seeking professional and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Client Service Agents. In this role, you will be the point of contact for inquiries regarding employment conditions, finance, and salary policies within the education sector.
Requirements
- Education: Senior Certificate or Higher National Certificate.
- Experience: At least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Must have an “Introduction to PERSAL” Certificate and a strong understanding of the PERSAL system.
- Industry Experience: At least 5 years of experience dealing with employee benefits, government salary policies, and financial matters within a public service or education environment.
- Language Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in at least two official languages of the Western Cape.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in using standard office software.
