Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• A Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
• At least 6 years of experience in clerical or administrative work.
• A valid driver’s license.

Required Knowledge

Successful candidates should be familiar with:

• The Public Service Act and Regulations.
• The PFMA and Treasury Regulations.
• Department of Transport Policies (GG Transport).
• WCED acts, policies, and internal procedures.

Professional Skills

• Financial Administration: Ability to handle financial tasks and interpret official documents.
• Organization: Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Communication: Proficiency in two official languages with strong report-writing skills.
• Interpersonal: Excellent people skills and the ability to motivate others.
