Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Care and Support Officer to join our HIV/AIDS and TB Life Skills Education Programme. The successful candidate will support administrative and educational initiatives aimed at promoting health and wellness within our schools.
Requirements
- A National Diploma or Degree (NQF Level 6) in Education, Health, or Social Sciences.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in administration.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of National HIV/AIDS and TB policies.
- Understanding of Life Skills and Life Orientation curricula.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Finance: Basic knowledge of budgeting and financial administration.
- Communication: Strong report writing, facilitation, and verbal communication skills.
- Organization: Excellent planning and information management abilities.
- Languages: Ability to communicate in at least two of the official languages of the Western Cape.
