The Role
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Support Office through the YES 4 Youth program. This role focuses on providing essential administrative support and ensuring our office operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
General Administration:
- Perform various administrative tasks as assigned by the department.
- Create and maintain organized files, records, and reports.
- Capture and update information accurately in our digital systems.
- Handle filing, scanning, and document management.
- Help resolve queries and follow up on outstanding tasks.
Governance and Quality:
- Follow quality management standards (ISO 9001:2015) to ensure all processes meet professional requirements.
- Support the company’s ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives.
Culture and Change:
- Promote a positive company culture and stay committed to the mission.
- Act as an ambassador during times of change to ensure work continues smoothly.
- Communicate new procedures clearly and help teams adapt to new ways of working.
Requirements
Education:
- Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
- A 3-year Diploma or Degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
Experience:
- 1 year of experience in general administration is beneficial but not mandatory.
