Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and confident Beauty Assistant to join our team at the Barlowpark Lifestyle Centre. In this role, you will be the face of our beauty department, providing professional advice and exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Expert Advice: Consult with customers to help them choose the best beauty and skincare products for their needs.
- Sales Growth: Meet monthly sales targets by promoting products, cross-selling, and up-selling.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product ranges, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Store Standards: Maintain a clean and organized department, manage stock levels, and ensure visual displays meet company standards.
- Customer Loyalty: Act as a brand ambassador, providing friendly service and encouraging customers to join the Clicks ClubCard program.
- Operational Excellence: Assist with stock management, reduce product shrinkage, and handle daily administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.
- Qualifications: A relevant beauty or skincare qualification is highly desirable.
- Experience: Previous experience in a retail, beauty, or sales environment is an advantage.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a basic understanding of sales principles, and knowledge of beauty products.

The ideal candidate should be target-driven, organized, and able to work well under pressure. You should enjoy working with people, be comfortable initiating conversations with customers, and follow instructions and procedures accurately.
