Requirements
To be considered for this internship, you should have:
- An N6 in Marketing or a similar qualification.
- A passion for ecommerce and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing Intern focusing on CRM, you will support the TakealotMORE initiative through the following tasks:
- Campaign Coordination: Help plan, update, and maintain the promotional calendar. You will assist in briefing teams and managing the operations of various marketing campaigns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with partner marketing teams, the internal brand department, and the social media team to plan content and influencer partnerships.
- Growth & Retention: Help create and implement marketing campaigns designed to attract new customers and keep current ones coming back.
- Content Creation: Assist in launching new features by creating educational content that explains the benefits of our services to customers.
- Merchandising & Performance: Work with the merchandising team to improve how customers move through our site. You will also help implement media and CRM strategies to grow the brand.
- Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on how campaigns and promotions are performing.
- Market Research: Regularly review what competitors are doing and share those findings with the team.
- Communication: Act as a daily point of contact for internal teams to ensure everyone is updated on activities that affect their departments.
