About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Beauty Assistant to join our team at Clicks KwaZangele. In this role, you will be the face of our beauty department, reporting directly to the Store Manager. Your goal is to provide expert advice on beauty and skincare products while ensuring every customer has a great shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Help customers find the best products for their needs by providing professional and friendly advice.
• Sales Growth: Meet monthly sales targets by promoting products, cross-selling, and suggesting new beauty trends.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest beauty ranges, promotions, and trends to provide accurate information to shoppers.
• Store Standards: Maintain high standards of housekeeping, manage stock levels, and ensure visual displays are attractive and up to date.
• Brand Loyalty: Promote the Clicks Clubcard program and encourage new memberships.
• Operations: Assist with stock management and administration to minimize loss and keep the department running smoothly.

Requirements

• Education: Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.
• Advantageous: A qualification in beauty or skincare is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is preferred but not required.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A confident and engaging personality.
• A basic understanding of sales and merchandising principles.
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
• Excellent planning and organizational habits.
