Role Purpose

As the Head of Change Management, you will lead the development and implementation of change management strategies for the organization. Your role is to prepare the business for continuous transformation involving people, processes, technology, and methodologies.

You will be responsible for creating a structured approach to change. This includes defining clear outcomes, managing risks, assessing organizational dynamics, and building the cultural flexibility needed for successful growth.

Key Requirements

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human or Social Sciences, or a Business degree specializing in Organizational Development.
  • A Post-graduate qualification is a distinct advantage.

Experience

  • 10 to 12 years of experience in Organizational Transformation within large, complex organizations.
  • At least 5 years of experience at a senior management level.

Additional Requirements

  • A valid Code 8 driver’s license and the ability to travel for business.
  • Must undergo a Lifestyle Audit as part of the standard vetting process.
  • Applicants must meet the trust and honesty requirements for handling finances as outlined in the National Credit Act.
