Role Purpose
The Head of Strategy and Enterprise Architecture plays a vital role in turning business vision into reality. You will create and communicate the models that define our future state, ensuring our organization evolves effectively. Your focus will be on helping business and ICT leaders make smart investment decisions that balance daily operational needs with long-term strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business strategy into effective enterprise changes.
- Develop and improve the key principles and models that describe the organization’s future technological state.
- Enable leadership to prioritize investments and manage disruptions while pursuing long-term objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A Post-Graduate qualification is considered an advantage.
Required Certifications:
- COBIT Foundation.
- TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture frameworks.
- ITIL Foundation or ITIL Service Management.
Professional Experience:
- 10 to 12 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or related domains (including Business Process, Infrastructure, Data, and systems lifecycle management).
- Experience with Agile-DevOps and Scrum Methodology.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience at a Senior Management level.
Additional Requirements:
- Must demonstrate high standards of trust and honesty in handling finances.
- Must be willing to undergo a lifestyle audit.
