Role Overview

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable General Assistant to join our TimberCity team in Northriding. This role is essential for maintaining smooth yard operations, assisting our customers, and ensuring our delivery vehicles are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and fulfill customer orders accurately.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of company vehicles.
• Organize and pack stock items in the yard to maintain a tidy environment.
• Clean and maintain company vehicles, including performing wash bay duties.
• Provide excellent service and support to both customers and suppliers.
• Safeguard company assets and vehicles.
• Promote and uphold the company’s core values and culture.

Requirements

• A Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• Basic knowledge of building and timber products.
• Strong work ethic and a customer-friendly attitude.
