Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- A Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- At least two years of professional experience specifically within an Outdoor Advertising environment.
- Proficiency in computer literacy.
- A clear criminal record. Applicants must be willing to undergo a fingerprint check conducted by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at their own cost.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will handle a variety of financial and clerical tasks, including:
- Financial Management: Managing income, compiling financial reports, and overseeing outdoor advertising agreements.
- Billing and Invoicing: Preparing and collating invoices for billing and submitting weekly requests to the Finance department.
- Data and Records: Maintaining accurate financial records and verifying contract information using SAP software.
- Compliance Auditing: Regularly auditing contract files to ensure all documentation is correct and up to date.
- Administrative Support: Providing secretarial duties and general office assistance to the Deputy Director.
