Role Overview
As an intern in the Municipal Performance Monitoring & Evaluation unit, you will support the department in tracking and assessing the performance of local municipalities. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates to gain practical experience in public administration and government oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with municipal performance monitoring and evaluation functions.
- Help compile data and reports regarding service delivery and governance.
- Support administrative tasks within the monitoring unit.
Requirements
- Education: A three-year qualification (National Diploma or Degree) in Human Resource Management (HRM), Public Management, Public Administration, Local Government, or Social Science.
- Skills: Strong computer literacy and effective communication skills.
- Personal Attributes: Excellent time management and a professional work ethic.
