- Position: Accounting Clerk: Asset and Inventory
- Location: Vhembe District – Thohoyandou, Limpopo
- Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Maintain and update accurate asset records and databases.
- Check and issue furniture, equipment, and accessories to various departments and staff members.
- Identify equipment that is redundant, non-serviceable, or obsolete for proper disposal.
- Regularly verify and update the asset register.
Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in computer use (Computer Literacy).
- A valid driver’s license (except for persons with disabilities).
- A qualification in Financial Management will be considered a strong advantage.
Skills and Competencies
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills:
- Knowledge of financial systems and debtors management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service.
- Basic negotiation and advanced financial management skills.
