Job Opportunity: Admin Clerk

Company Overview

Role Summary

We are looking for a professional and organized Admin Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will support our daily operations by handling administrative tasks, managing workshop documentation, and assisting with financial reconciliations. Your goal will be to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Administration: Process purchase orders and invoices, handle banking and sales reconciliations, and manage stock receiving.
  • Workshop Support: Manage inquiries via phone and email, prepare job cards, and issue invoices and receipts for workshop services.
  • Data Management: Capture data accurately, prepare reports, and maintain organized filing systems.
  • General Office Duties: Provide general administrative support and assist with marketing tasks, such as social media and newsletter updates.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
  • Proficiency in using computers and basic office software.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to handle professional inquiries with a positive attitude.
