The department also includes specialized divisions for Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, Finance, and Command and Management Information Systems (CMIS).

Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of Grade 12 (Matric / NQF Level 4) or an equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in Human Resources will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will support the Directorate Human Resource Career Management (PSAP) Western Cape office by performing the following duties:
- Managing the reception desk and welcoming visitors.
- Providing administrative support for office equipment, stationery, and stock supplies.
- Handling administrative tasks related to staff leave and building maintenance.
- Assisting with the maintenance of military vehicles.
- Arranging travel and logistics for staff members on official duty away from the unit.
