Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Qualification: A tertiary qualification (NQF 6) in Office Administration, Public Administration, Change Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in administrative work.

Knowledge and Skills

The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Information and records management procedures.
  • Basic finance and supply chain management.
  • Meeting management, including scheduling, hosting virtual meetings, and minute-taking.
  • Public service legislation, policies, and the Batho Pele principles.
  • Transformation and change initiatives within the public sector.
