Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Job Type: Full-Time
Field: Logistics / Supply Chain / Store-keeping
Key Responsibilities
As a General Worker for the VINLINER division, your daily tasks will include:
- Preparing all materials required for daily production.
- Setting up and operating the rewinding and cutting machinery accurately.
- Ensuring machines function continuously and efficiently.
- Meeting hourly and daily production targets.
- Updating documentation and ensuring all stock counts are accurate.
- Ensuring the next stage of the process has enough work to continue.
- Maintaining high safety standards and following all company protocols.
- Assisting in other warehouse areas when needed.
- Keeping the workspace clean and organized.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
- Education: A valid Matric certificate.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Skills: Excellent time-management and communication skills.
- Traits: Strong work ethics, reliability, and the ability to work well with others.
- Certification: Any vocational or technical certification is a plus.
