Provisioning Administrative Officer: Auxiliary Services (Mopani District)

We are currently seeking a professional and dedicated Provisioning Administrative Officer to join our team in the Mopani District.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support services, including:

  • Coordinating office space and housing accommodation for staff.
  • Maintaining and updating rental registers for accommodation and machinery.
  • Overseeing cleaning services for the department.
  • Managing the help desk and switchboard operations to ensure efficient communication.

Requirements

  • A recognized NQF Level 6 qualification or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • A valid driver’s license (except for applicants with disabilities).

Knowledge and Skills

We are looking for a candidate with the following attributes:

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of Public Service Regulations, the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), and relevant departmental policies.
  • Communication: Strong listening and verbal communication skills with a focus on excellent customer care.
  • Analytical Ability: Skills in policy interpretation, problem analysis, and report writing.
  • Professionalism: Ability to handle pressure, manage conflict, and maintain strict confidentiality and honesty.
