Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this internship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • An Honours degree or B.Psych degree in Psychology.
  • Current registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Psychometrist or Registered Counsellor for the 2025/2026 financial year.
  • A valid South African ID.

Core Functions and Responsibilities

During the internship, your primary duties will include:

  • Facilitating psychological assessments and mental health programs.
  • Providing professional counselling services to SAPS members and their families.
  • Assisting with the implementation and support of employee wellness programs.
