Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Worker to join our team at OK Minimark in Luckhoff. The successful candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of the store and provide excellent service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Store Maintenance: Keeping shelves clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Stock Handling: Assisting with the receiving, moving, and loading of inventory.
- General Support: Providing daily operational assistance to the team.
- Security & Loss Control: Helping to monitor the store to prevent stock loss and ensure a safe environment.
- Mail Handling: Managing incoming and outgoing mail as required.
- Manual Labor: Performing physical tasks, including loading and unloading goods.
Requirements
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A professional and helpful attitude toward customers.
- Basic selling skills to assist in the retail environment.
