Role Summary
As a Warehouse/Stockroom Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products are organized and available for our customers. You will work both behind the scenes in the warehouse and on the shop floor, maintaining a clean and safe environment while providing helpful service.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and pack products on shelves and in storage bins according to company standards.
- Assist customers on the shop floor by answering questions, finding products, and providing polite, professional service.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the warehouse and throughout the store.
- Unpack, stack, and store incoming stock safely and neatly to minimize any damage.
- Ensure the warehouse layout is followed correctly for easy access to inventory.
