• Position: Practitioner: Organisational Design Job Grading and Evaluation
• Location: Mthatha, Eastern Cape
• Employment Type: Full Time

• Salary: R 405,175.50 – R 525,942.27 per year (excluding benefits)
• Reporting to: Senior Organisational Development Practitioner

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• National Diploma in Human Resources Management or a similar equivalent qualification.
• A valid Code EB Driving License.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience within a local government organisational design environment.
• Professional registration with a relevant body.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will handle various duties related to human resources and organisational development, including:

• Strategic Planning: Assisting with the development of the department’s strategic plans.
• Organisational Design: Carrying out tasks related to job analysis, review, and organisational structure.
• Job Evaluation: Writing job descriptions and managing the grading and evaluation process for municipal positions.
• Administration & Reporting: Managing the administrative tasks and reports required for job grading and evaluation.
• Financial Management: Helping to manage the section’s finances and assets effectively.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinating communication with relevant stakeholders and managing internal processes.
