IPMDS Practitioner

OR Tambo District Municipality is located in the Wild Coast Region of the Eastern Cape. We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an IPMDS (Individual Performance Management and Development System) Practitioner based in Mthatha.

Position Overview

• Job Type: Full Time
• Location: Mthatha, Eastern Cape
• Annual Basic Salary: R 343,223.52 – R 445,515.59 (excluding benefits)
• Reporting to: Chief HR Officer: IPMDS

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or an equivalent qualification.
• A valid Code EB Driving License.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in performance management, human resources, or a related professional environment.

Key Performance Areas

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Coordinating strategic and operational plans for the sub-section.
• Managing activities related to individual performance management processes.
• Contributing to capital and operating estimates while monitoring expenditure against the approved budget.
• Handling administrative tasks and reporting requirements for the sub-section.
• Coordinating stakeholder management and departmental communications.
