About the Opportunity

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa is looking for motivated individuals to join our Human Resources Department through structured Business Administration Learnership programmes. These programmes combine formal training with on‑the‑job experience, helping you develop essential HR and administrative skills while earning an accredited NQF qualification.

Available Learnerships

1. Human Resources (NQF Level 3) – Bloemfontein

Reference: CCB260122-1 | Closing Date: 29 January 2026 | Location: Bloemfontein, Free State

Key Duties

  • Complete the NQF Level 3 Business Administration Learnership Programme.
  • Provide administrative support throughout the year.
  • Assist during peak business periods and when teams are on leave.
  • Participate in a structured programme combining formal training and workplace experience.

Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in English and at least one other South African language.
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience.
  • Self‑motivated, organised and results‑driven.
  • Strong attention to detail and good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a flexible and pressurised environment.
  • Willingness to commit to the full 12‑month programme.
  • No criminal or negative credit record.
  • Must not be enrolled in any formal full‑time studies.
  • Must present a valid medical record detailing the disability.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 with Maths or Maths Literacy (minimum 40% pass).
  • Two South African languages passed at 40% (English plus one other).
  • South African citizen.
  • Employment Equity candidate.
  • Aged between 18 and 35 years.
  • Unemployed at the time of appointment.
  • Must not have previously completed the same NQF Level 3 learnership.
  • Must provide a doctor’s note confirming disability (doctor’s practice number must be stamped).
  • Must be based in or near Bloemfontein, or willing to travel.

2. Human Resources (NQF Level 4) – Elgin, Port Elizabeth (Lakeside) & Phoenix

Key Duties

  • Complete the NQF Level 4 Business Administration Learnership Programme.
  • Participate in structured theoretical training and practical workplace learning.

Skills, Experience & Education

  • Grade 12 qualification (essential).
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other South African language.
  • South African citizen.
  • Employment Equity candidate.
  • Unemployed.
  • Aged between 18 and 35 years.
  • Must present a valid medical record detailing the disability.
  • Self‑motivated, organised and results‑driven.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in flexible and pressurised environments.
  • Willing to commit to the full 12‑month programme.
  • No criminal record.

3. Human Resources (NQF Level 3) – Johannesburg

Key Duties

  • Complete the NQF Level 3 Business Administration Learnership Programme.
  • Provide administrative support throughout the year.
  • Support HR teams during peak periods and staff leave.
  • Participate in structured theoretical training and practical workplace learning.

Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in English and at least one other South African language.
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience.
  • Self‑motivated and organised.
  • Results‑driven with strong attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in flexible and pressurised environments.
