About the Programme
The 30 Learnership programme is designed to give qualified learners with disabilities meaningful workplace experience. It offers hands‑on training and real projects that help you develop professional skills and build a portfolio.
Core Competencies
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self‑motivated and proactive
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team player and capable of working independently
- Experience in web design or content production is a plus
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
- Strong portfolio showing successful project management
Requirements
- Age 18 – 35 years
- Certificate of disability
- Matric (high school) qualification
- Any degree or certificate is an advantage
- Provide proof of disability, ID copy, and matric/qualification documents
