Admin Clerk – Bloemfontein
The OVK Group is a leading agricultural company in South Africa, with its head office located in Ladybrand. We are committed to providing excellent service and continuously improving our offerings. We are currently seeking a dedicated Admin Clerk to join our team in Bloemfontein.
Job Overview
This is a full-time position within our Administration and Secretarial department. The successful candidate will support the branch by managing essential paperwork, customer orders, and financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate administrative records and filing systems.
- Oversee the maintenance and recording of daily fuel usage.
- Process and handle customer claims efficiently.
- Manage and fulfill client orders.
- Process invoices and maintain accurate financial journals.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- 2 to 3 years of experience working in a trade branch environment is highly recommended.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Prior knowledge of the AS400 system is considered a definite advantage.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak and write in both English and Afrikaans.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic sales skills and a customer-oriented approach.
