Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Overseeing and maintaining general office administration.
- Managing and recording daily fuel usage.
- Processing and handling claims.
- Managing and organizing client orders.
- Handling invoices, journals, and related financial documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- 2–3 years of experience, preferably within a trade branch environment.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of the AS400 system is an added advantage.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills in both English and Afrikaans.
- Excellent numerical and mathematical ability.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic sales skills and a customer-oriented approach.
