Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Clerk to join our team at the Cornubia Factory. In this role, you will support our warehouse, receiving, and administrative operations. You will be responsible for coordinating deliveries, managing inventory records, and ensuring our factory operations run smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the receiving of local and imported materials.
  • Check deliveries against paperwork and process Good Received Vouchers (GRVs) quickly.
  • Perform regular stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Communicate with transport companies regarding delivery schedules.
  • Work closely with the Procurement department regarding stock levels and discrepancies.
  • Ensure stock is stored correctly according to codes and safety regulations.
  • Handle all administrative paperwork, including dispatch notes and compliance documents.
  • Manage waste collection processes, including invoicing and service follow-ups.
  • Generate sales invoices, purchase orders, and gate passes.
  • Liaise with the Sales, Finance, and Production departments to coordinate daily tasks.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by following all health and safety (OHS) standards.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse, dispatch, or receiving environment.
  • Experience using ERP systems (knowledge of Syspro is an advantage).
  • Strong understanding of inventory control and receiving processes.
  • Knowledge of transport regulations and safety standards.
  • High level of computer literacy and data accuracy.
  • A forklift license or experience leading a small team is a plus.
