Overview

Requirements
- A National Senior Certificate (Matric).
- No prior experience is required, but any previous exposure to an office environment will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will handle a variety of clerical tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly, including:
General Administration:
- Recording, capturing, and retrieving data and department correspondence.
- Updating office registers and statistics regularly.
- Managing routine enquiries and handling basic office tasks like photocopying and faxing.
- Organizing the delivery and collection of documents and packages.
- Maintaining an organized filing system and typing official letters.
Supply Chain Support:
- Liaising with internal and external partners regarding the purchase of goods and services.
- Obtaining price quotations and completing procurement forms for office supplies.
Personnel and Logistics Support:
- Maintaining staff records and supporting payroll tasks, including the distribution of payslips.
- Arranging travel and accommodation for staff members.
- Ensuring that office assets and equipment are properly distributed.
