Requirements
- A National Senior Certificate (Matric).

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide essential clerical and administrative support. Main duties include:
General Office Support:
- Organizing, storing, and retrieving files and data.
- Updating office registers and statistics.
- Handling routine inquiries and managing incoming/outgoing mail.
- Photocopying, faxing, and distributing documents to various departments.
- Maintaining an efficient filing system.
Supply Chain Support:
- Communicating with internal and external partners regarding the purchase of goods.
- Collecting price quotes and completing forms for standard office supplies.
Personnel and HR Administration:
- Maintaining staff records within the unit.
- Arranging travel and accommodation for staff members.
- Assisting with payroll management and distributing pay slips.
- Ensuring office equipment and assets are properly distributed and tracked.
