Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide essential clerical and administrative support to the department. Primary duties include:
General Administration
- Recording, organizing, and retrieving departmental data and correspondence.
- Updating office registers and maintaining accurate statistics.
- Handling routine enquiries and managing the distribution of documents and packages.
- Maintaining an efficient filing system.
- Typing official letters and managing incoming and outgoing document logs.
Supply Chain Support
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding the procurement of goods and services.
- Obtaining price quotations and completing procurement forms for standard office supplies.
Personnel and Logistics Support
- Maintaining accurate personnel records for the unit.
- Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Supporting payroll management and distributing payslips to staff.
- Overseeing the distribution of office assets and equipment.
