Job Opportunity: Admin Controller (Property Finance and Administration)
The Beekman Group is a leading South African corporate player in property development and management, as well as the leisure sector. We are currently looking for a skilled Admin Controller to join our Finance and Administration team in KwaZulu-Natal.
Role Overview
This role is perfect for a professional with experience in financial control. You will be responsible for managing levy payments and ensuring they are processed according to strict timelines. You will also play a key role in managing Timeshare inventory to ensure our booking platforms remain fully functional and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control Timeshare inventory.
- Process levy payments accurately and on time.
- Ensure Timeshare units are ready for use on various booking platforms.
Job Requirements
- Education: Matric certificate is required.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in client or stakeholder liaison. Previous experience in the Timeshare industry is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach.
- Core Abilities: Strong numerical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to think critically.
- Work Style: Ability to stay organized, plan effectively, and work well under pressure.
