Job Overview: Admin Manager (Hinterland)
We are seeking a professional Admin Manager for our Christiana branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative functions, managing stock control, and leading a dedicated team to ensure operational efficiency.

Location: Christiana, Western Cape
Experience Level: 3 – 5 years
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor administrative reports using the SAP system.
- Resolve queries from both internal and external clients promptly.
- Oversee the authorization and reconciliation of credit notes according to company policy.
- Manage stock control processes, including registers and expiry tracking.
- Generate and process detailed stock reports and control sheets.
- Coordinate employee information and manage staff working schedules.
- Lead and inform staff regarding goals, objectives, and desired outcomes.
Requirements
- A relevant post-matric qualification (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a retail administrative environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Previous experience with SAP software is highly advantageous.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
