Position Overview
We are seeking a professional Admin Officer to serve as an E-Procurement Solution (EPS) Supervisor. This role is vital to our supply chain management operations and requires a candidate with strong leadership and administrative experience.
Requirements
- Education: A relevant 3-year qualification (Degree or National Diploma).
- Experience: A total of at least 3 years of administrative experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role within a supply chain management, purchasing, or selling environment.
- License: A valid Code B or higher Driver’s License.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Supply Chain Management (SCM) practices, procurement legislation, and financial procedures. Knowledge of LOGIS (or similar procurement systems) and electronic quotation systems is essential.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Proven skills in report writing, problem-solving, and numeracy.
