Role Overview

We are seeking a professional Admin Officer to manage Learning Teaching Support Material (LTSM). This role is vital in ensuring that schools have the necessary resources to support student success.

Requirements

  • A recognized 3-year Degree or National Diploma.
  • At least 3 years of experience in administration.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience within a supply chain management (SCM), purchasing, or sales environment.
  • A valid driver’s license.

Knowledge and Expertise

  • Understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) practices and procedures.
  • Knowledge of procurement legislation and financial regulations.
  • Experience using Logis or similar procurement and electronic quotation systems.

Required Skills

  • Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) and Outlook.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Excellent planning, organizational, and report-writing abilities.
  • Problem Solving: Strong numerical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
