Admin Supervisor (40 Hours) – @home Canal Walk
TFG (The Foschini Group) is a leading South African fashion and lifestyle retailer with a portfolio of 22 well-known brands. Our range includes fashion, homeware, sportswear, and jewelry. We are currently looking for a dedicated Admin Supervisor to join our @home team at Canal Walk.
About the Role
In this position, you will support the Store Manager by overseeing store administration and stock management. You will play a key role in ensuring the store runs efficiently while providing excellent service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager with stocktakes and general store administration.
- Monitor stock movement and implement procedures to reduce stock loss and shrinkage.
- Ensure all administration, systems, and reporting procedures are followed correctly.
- Analyze store reports regarding turnover and stock performance to share insights with the Store Manager.
- Organize and maintain accurate in-store filing systems.
- Oversee cash handling and transactional activities to ensure safety and accuracy.
- Process customer transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Identify customer needs and build loyalty by promoting our rewards programs.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and general store housekeeping.
- Work as part of a team to meet sales targets and store objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or administration.
- A genuine passion for home trends and excellent customer service.

- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
