We are currently seeking a professional Admin Support Officer to join our team in the Western Cape.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • A 3-year post-school qualification (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
  • At least three years of relevant experience in finance, clerical work, or administration.
  • Proficiency in at least two of the official languages used in the Western Cape.

Key Knowledge Areas

The successful candidate should have experience and understanding in:

  • Database and project management.
  • Financial analysis and reporting.
  • Information Technology and the use of relevant computer software.
  • Drafting professional documents, including submissions and formal letters.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
