We are looking for a dedicated individual to join the Limpopo Traffic College as an Administration Officer.

Key Responsibilities
As an Administration Officer for Student Administration, your main duties will include:
- Managing and processing applications for training programs.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to students.
- Maintaining accurate and organized record-keeping systems.
- Overseeing auxiliary services to ensure smooth college operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- An undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) as recognized by SAQA.
- A degree in Public Administration is highly preferred.
- At least two (2) years of experience in a similar administrative field.
- A valid driver’s license (exceptions apply for persons with disabilities).
Skills and Competencies
We are looking for a professional with the following skills:
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of the PFMA.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report writing.
- Organization: Excellent planning, time management, and organizational abilities.
