Job Overview

We are looking for a professional Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our internal teams and external clients. The successful candidate will handle data management, document control, and general office duties to ensure our business processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to both internal staff and external clients.
  • Manage and update databases, ensuring all information is captured accurately and on time.
  • Compare and verify information across different systems.
  • Maintain document and administrative controls according to company standards.
  • Record information promptly in the ERP system.
  • Follow all internal business processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Handle reception duties and general office tasks.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Commit to continuous self-improvement and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Education: Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience.
  • Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Traits: Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Reliability: Proven track record of taking ownership and being accountable.
  • Other: Must own a mobile phone and be willing to work weekends, public holidays, and overtime when necessary.

Advantageous Skills (Preferred but not required)

  • Good numeric skills and basic accounting experience.
  • Typing speed of 45 words per minute.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Computer training certificates.
  • A valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
