Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our Adviser in Centurion. In this role, you will ensure the office runs smoothly by providing reliable administrative support and managing daily office tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and redirect incoming calls and take accurate messages.
- Schedule appointments with clients and prospective leads on behalf of the Adviser.
- Prepare and organize files for prospective clients.
- Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive at the office.
- Manage office expenses and handle general office administration.
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with general office management tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric).
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Language: Fluent in English and at least one other official South African language (written and spoken).
- Skills: Excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
