Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Qualification: A tertiary qualification (NQF 6) in Office Administration, Public Administration, Change Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in administrative work.
Knowledge and Skills
The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Information and records management procedures.
- Basic finance and supply chain management.
- Meeting management, including scheduling, hosting virtual meetings, and minute-taking.
- Public service legislation, policies, and the Batho Pele principles.
- Transformation and change initiatives within the public sector.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic project management and research abilities.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- The ability to interpret official policies and directives.
