About the Role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Administrator to manage dealer warranty claims and related tasks. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with dealers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of warranty claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Process warranty claims submitted by dealers quickly and accurately.
- Communicate with dealers and manufacturers to gather necessary information.
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, including status and resolution.
- Monitor claim trends and suggest process improvements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve any claim‑related issues.
- Assist in training dealers on claim submission procedures.
- Work with finance to ensure timely reimbursement processing.
- Prepare reports on claim processing and performance metrics for management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in warranty administration, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Knowledge of warranty policies and procedures.
- Experience with warranty claim processing software (e.g., Dealer Management Systems) is a plus.
